4.1 Training of the trainers/coordinators from the Competence Centers selected within the project.
4.2 Selections of the persons from the management teams within the universities who will benefit from the training.

4.4 Training organization in the selected academic centers.
4.4.1 Revision of the content and of the due process for the training program for each identified module.
4.4.2 Training actions in each academic center.
4.4.3 Identification of development directions/essential training needs and the draft of an action plan.
